Formed in 1993, IMH Technologies Ltd has been the exclusive
distributor of what is now the Dranetz-BMI range of power quality monitors. Shortly
after, the SATEC range of digital energy meters and the Pacific, Science and Technology
range of energy loggers were added. In addition, IMH represent the interests of
Electrotek who are part of the WPT operation that also owns Dranetz-BMI. They are a
specialist power quality analysis software company. More recently, IMH have been
assisting in the new, low-cost PQ relay device from Power Standards Laboratory of
California and we have been involved in the SEM147 testing instruments specifically
developed by PSL. The exciting range of BTECH Inc Battery Validation Systems are the
newest addition. Throughout IMH Technologies has offered an independent power quality consultancy operation that has been used by the major utilities and customers throughout the United Kingdom and offshore. IMH offers full repair and service capability for the major products and, where possible, tries to source the components to keep even quite ancient instruments in service. Calibration to National Standards is offered at competitive prices and they are now the European Service Centre for Dranetz-BMI's 61000 series of instruments. Also available are GSM/GPRS, and now 3G mobile solutions too, for remote contact with instruments. |

systems and services. They supply hand-held, portable and fixed instruments ranging from
simple voltage and current loggers to sophisticated recorders for simultaneous monitoring
of high-speed transients, disturbances, harmonics, flicker and power/energy. PEML are
agents for Fluke, Enetics, Telog and Nokian Capacitors and include surge protection,
harmonic filtering and power factor correction within their portfolio. Services include surveys for profiling power quality, harmonics or energy or for capturing intermittent problems, as well as cross-site troubleshooting and testing e.g. motor-starts and standby generator/UPS performance. |
