CDA Membership

What can CDA offer its members?

Membership of CDA provides the opportunities for companies to define and participate in market development activities in the UK.  The aim is to grow/defend markets rather than the market share of individual members.

Who is eligible for membership?

Membership of the Association is open to companies:

  • mining, smelting, producing or refining copper
  • manufacturing, fabricating or distributing copper
  • otherwise connected with, or interested in, copper and/or copper-containing materials.

Three groups of members are recognised for membership fee purposes:

  • smelters/refiners
  • semi-fabricators
  • other industrial companies
