FREE Seminars - Power Quality & Utilisation
The PQ Partnership is launching a series of free seminars accredited for CPD by the IET and CIBSE - 'Power Quality & Utilisation: Quality, Availability and Efficiency in LV Installations'.

Power quality is a serious concern in today's professional environment and these six seminars around the country will cover a range of critical contemporary issues from availability and quality to psychological problems caused by flicker.  A variety of preventative issues will be discussed and evaluated that should provide a great deal of material for attendees to consider.

All events are free but registration is essential to secure your place.  For detailed information on programme, venues and dates please visit www.cda.org.uk/pqp/seminar.htm where you can register online.

In 2002 one of the most important changes in world coinage took place with the introduction of the euro notes and coins in the 12 member countries which form part of the European Monetary Union.  Copper's excellent resistance to corrosion made it an ideal choice for designers who required a non-tarnishable surface for the coins.
